Robinglades Retreat has a style all its own! Built in 1951, this cosy cabin retains its mid century charm and character whilst offering modern touches and a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. Close to spectacular waterfalls, parks, bushwalks and scenic lookouts. Enjoy wood fired pizza on the private patio, and cosy evenings with a glass of wine by the crackling fireplace. A perfect home base for exploring Blue Mountains villages - Wentworth Falls, Leura, Katoomba and beyond.

From Hosts Alison and Marie:

This is no ordinary cabin ... from oak panelled walls, to a carved sandstone fireplace we have retained what makes this property unique. And we are excited to share our style with you ... its a little bit 70s, its colourful, its quirky and its packed with memories from our travels, passion for interior furnishings & our love for art.

It also reflects our commitment to sustainability - the lounge, bar and dining furniture is original 1970s furniture which has been sourced and restored locally to its original beauty. Why source new when you can upcycle? This commitment also carries into our kitchen, bathroom and laundry - where we use ZeroCo products, the pantry is stocked with the basics with no plastic & excess packaging and we promote local products & suppliers.

We offer two queen sized bedrooms and one bedroom with a single trundle bed, with just one bathroom ... we recommend no more than four adults, but the choice is yours.

The Botanicals Room leads onto The Glasshouse, our little oasis ... perfect for a morning coffee or tea, a glass of wine in the afternoon with your favourite book ... or just chillin' after a long walk in the Blue Mountains National Park.

We offer an extensive outdoor dining area, from a covered area with sitting for many, a gas BBQ and wood fired pizza oven. You can dine outside under festoon lights as the sun sets over the Megalong Valley.

We are positioned close to the newly reopened The Conservation Hut - within walking distance! This is the starting point of the Valley of the Waters Track - some of the best hikes in the Blue Mountains.

Our fully fenced back garden has just been newly landscaped overlooking the valley. Perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring.
